From July to October2019, MISA in partnership with their RMI has run a very successful campaign to educate its members and stakeholders on Gender Equality in 5 regions.
This initiative is part of the Transformation and Education initiates which MISA continues to roll out in its commitment has committed to bring much needed transformation within the Retail Motor Industry.
The 2 day session held in Western Cape was the last of these sessions to be hosted in 2019. In attendance was a mix of MISA and RMI representatives within different management positions from different retail motor industry dealerships.
The session was lively, very interactive and characterised with intersting debates across a variety of topics within the sphere of transformation and in particular Gender Equality.
